Josh graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with degrees in Psychology and Economics. Over his 20 year career, he has mainly worked in Talent Acquisition, focused on IT and Software Engineering staffing. He has also worked as a Strategic Purchasing Manager and Global Commodity Manager in the Semiconductor space for an electronic components trading firm.
Throughout his work experiences Josh has consistently shown the ability to identify win-win scenarios and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to implement them. In November 2023, he decided to forego his career path and pursue his long-held dream of applying his skills in this regard to the most challenging and complex industry in the world: the restaurant industry.
Over the next 16 months, he took on roles such as Software Architect, Web Designer, Media Content Producer, Product Manager, and Project Manager. During this time, he has also assembled a team of experienced professionals and expert advisors to ensure an efficient and successful roll-out of this innovative business solution.
Madan Nandhagopal

Madan Nandhagopal is a seasoned IT industry professional with over 28 years of industry experience. He holds an Engineering degree from the University of Madras and has spent his career driving innovation and growth in the technology sector across multiple industries.
He is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Vedasoft Inc., an IT staffing & consulting firm where he has worked for over 20 years. He is also the CEO of Magnapar LLC, a company he co-founded with Sunil. Madan also serves as COO at AiPathLabs LLC and is the Geshmak Inc COO in addition to being a Partner.

With a postgraduate degree in Computer Applications, he combines Finance, HR and Supply Chain expertise with technological acumen. Over the years, he has been an early investor in multiple successful startups, leveraging his deep understanding of market trends and business growth.
He is Co-Founder of Tiger Investments and Magnapar Technologies and is a Partner and CFO at Geshmak Inc. His strategic vision and leadership continue to drive innovation and create value in the technology investment landscape.

Brian has repeatedly been acknowledged as a top sales executive, holding the title of Vice President at several firms. His expertise in pitching solutions rather than merely selling products makes him ideally suited to lead Geshmak’s business development roll-out.

Vijay is enthusiastic about leveraging his experiences in technology, healthcare, retail, and bioscience.
Manoj Kumar Chandra

A Computer Science Engineer with over 15 years of experience in consulting and software development, Manoj has supported such companies as Microsoft, Intel, and IBM-FileNET. His professional expertise includes Enterprise Architecture, Project Management and Database Design.
Erica Mirabella

As Geshmak’s General Counsel, Erica leverages her litigation, business law, and financial transaction expertise to support the platform’s growth and compliance. Her background in corporate finance, consumer protection, and complex litigation ensures that Geshmak operates smoothly within the dynamic food and hospitality industry.
Erica represents businesses and individuals in class actions, shareholder litigation, business disputes, and contractual matters. She previously worked at Brown Rudnick’s Finance Department, handling financial transactions for banks and hedge funds. She also advised the City of Boston on public procurement, real estate, and contract matters as Special Assistant Corporation Counsel.
A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Erica also holds a degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2018, a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state. She is a member of the Massachusetts State and Federal Bars and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
